Reformer Pilates is coming to Westbury-on-Trym.

Small classes, properly trained instructors and a lot of fun. Whether you've done loads of Pilates or none at all, all you need to do is show up, we'll do the rest.

You'll hear from us when bookings open, with first access to intro offers and founder member places.

Where are you?

We're on Canford Lane in Westbury-on-Trym, alongside the shops and cafés. Classes run through the day, with early and late slots for anyone working nine to five.

When are you opening?

Classes start in early November, on Canford Lane. Pop your email in above and you'll be the first to know when bookings open.

Who is Pilates for?

Pretty much everyone. Grumbling backs, too many hours at a desk, running niggles that have caught up with you, or just wanting to feel a bit stronger. Not sure if it's right for you? Drop us a line at hello@wildfoxpilates.co.uk and we'll talk you through it.

What's a reformer class like?

The reformer is a sliding bed with springs, and it looks more dramatic than it is. Over 50 minutes your teacher takes you through a sequence of exercises and comes round to help, correct and cheer you on. It's challenging in the best possible way, and a lot of fun.

Are you hiring instructors?

We are. If you're reformer certified with a year or more of teaching behind you, have a look at what we're after and how to apply.
